Pay for what you switch on.

A core platform, then a flat price per module. No percentage of donations, no charge per user, no surprise at renewal.

Every plan starts with fourteen days freeNo cardYou switch modules on and off yourself

1 — Core platform

Includes donors, donations & direct debit and accountability. Unlimited users and unlimited gifts on every tier.

2 — Modules

€39 per module per month. Switch all seven on and you pay €179 instead of €273.

Always included

The core is a working platform on its own.

Even without a single module you have a full donor database, a working direct debit run and the figures your board and the tax authority ask for.

Donor records and live segments — search, filter, full history per donor
SEPA mandates and collection runs — including failed payments and reconciliation
Payment providers — Mollie, Stripe, PayPal and Tikkie, connected to your own accounts
Donation forms — hosted or embedded in your own website
ANBI table and CBF ratios — generated from live figures
Unlimited users with roles — plus an audit log of every change
Accounting integration — Exact Online, Twinfield, e-Boekhouden or AFAS
Support from a named contact — an answer within one working day, not a ticket queue

We do the migration for you

There is no setup fee. You import your own donors, connect your own providers and invite your own team — that is the product, not a favour. If your data is messy or spread across several systems and you would rather we did it, that is a fixed quote from €1,450, agreed before we start. Most of this market charges a mandatory setup fee of several hundred to several thousand euro; we would rather you spent it on the work.

Transaction costs

Paid to your provider, not to us

iDEAL, direct debit and card fees are charged by Mollie, Stripe or PayPal at whatever rate you have agreed with them. The money goes straight into your own account. DNH takes 0% of every donation — that is a promise, not an introductory offer.

Pricing questions

The awkward ones.

Can we switch a module off again?

Yes, from the next month. Your data stays — switch the module back on later and everything is still there. We would rather you paid for four modules you use than six you don't.

What counts as a donor record?

Anyone in your file with contact details: donors, one-off givers, corporate contacts, fundraiser participants. People who have unsubscribed and are only kept for legal retention do not count. If you cross into the next tier we tell you before we invoice it.

Is there a charge per user?

No. Add your whole team, your board and your accountant. Roles decide who sees what, not what you pay.

What about WhatsApp message costs?

The module is €39 a month; the messages themselves are billed by Meta per template message sent, in their own categories. Those go through your own WhatsApp Business account, so you see exactly what you spend. The platform shows an estimate before you send.

Can we just start, without a sales conversation?

Yes — that is how it is meant to work. Claim your address, get fourteen days free without a card, and set the whole thing up yourself: modules, donation forms, payment providers, users. You only pick a tier when the trial ends, and by then you know which modules you actually use.

Do you do a discount for small charities?

The smallest tier is already priced for organisations with a few hundred donors. If you are genuinely tiny and doing something we believe in, talk to us — we would rather have you on the platform than not.

Do these prices include VAT?

No — every price on this page is excluding 21% VAT, as is normal for business software in the Netherlands. Worth knowing: most charities are not VAT-liable on donation income and therefore cannot reclaim it, so the figure that actually leaves your account is 21% higher. The core platform is €149 excluding VAT, €180.29 including. We would rather you budgeted the real number.

What happens if we want to leave?

One month's notice and a full export of your data in a usable format. No exit fee, no holding your donor file hostage while you negotiate.

Try it before you pick a plan.

Fourteen days on the full platform, every module switched on, your own address at yourcharity.dnh.nl. Decide what you keep at the end of it.
